Qatar Education City Convention Center Project Doha-QATAR (2007-2009)

- The 79,000 sq m architectural showpiece in Qatar’s Education City, will cater to 7,000 delegates. Designed to meet and exceed world-class standards the center will feature 10 conference and performance venues, including a 4,000 seat conference hall and a 2,500 seat theatre. The stunning design of the convention centre is centered on a steel replica of the Sidra tree. An icon in Qatari history and culture, the Sidra tree is the symbol for Qatar Foundation which seeks to be a ‘haven of learning’ for Qatar and the region. As well as hosting conferences and exhibitions, the centre will also be a venue for local and international music and arts festivals.

- Construction of 31 Villas in La Plage & Bahriya Precincts, include site development of swimming pools, carport, hard & soft landscaping. The villas vary in size from 550m² to 1,200m² in area and are specified to high standard finishes.

- 32 buildings of mixed use including piazzas, commercial areas, 1,065 one to four bedroom apartments with external venetian-themed architecture, totalling a surface of around 270,000m² and underground parking areas of around 122,000m² Construction of 30 townhouse clusters, which include 188 three-storey individual townhouses of three different designs of Venetian-themed exterior, with a total surface of 56,500m²
